The purpose of the distinguished leader program is to prepare members to become better agents of change within Alpha Lambda Zeta Fraternity, Inc., the LGBT Community, and beyond by providing training and tools to members that will enhance self-awareness and their ability to visualize, organize, plan, and implement solutions for change and improvement. It is intended to teach members how to lead themselves and others in both personal and professional development.

Upon completion of the 6-week program, graduates will be recognized, awarded, and qualified to serve as leadership within ALZFI.
