Purpose: To provide a scholarship to a deserving ALZFI fraternity member enrolled in a higher learning institute.  This aligns with our principle of erudition and mission to empower our members to fulfill their regal endeavors in the community.

Criteria:

To be eligible to apply for the ALZFI Rearing Stallion Scholarship, you must meet the below listed criteria:

​

• Must be an active ALZFI fraternity member in good standing (no fines, probation, suspension)

• Must be enrolled in a higher education institute

• Must have transcript with a minimum 3.0 GPA 

• Must have documented at least 4 hours community service per month 

• AOF scholarship committee members are not eligible for this scholarship

How to Apply

Complete the online application and submit the below items.

1. Essay: As a member of ALZFI, how has your involvement in the organization shaped your leadership skills and personal growth? How do you plan to contribute to the organization and community in the future? (Max 500 words)

2. Current official transcript

3. One Reference Form from Professor, Instructor, or Academic Advisor
